Solution Architect/Pre Sales Consultant

We are currently looking for a dedicated Solution Architect / pre-sales consultant to join our team.

Can you create meaningful business relationships with customers and understand what a customer really needs? Do you understand how to build real value through software solutions? If that’s a yes, then we are looking for you!

This is a new role as a result of growth in the French market.  As the Solution Architect/Pre-sales consultant, you will partner with the Country Lead to help drive sales of Vanenburg’s solutions & services.


Why this position is compelling:

  • Serve as the solutions subject matter expert who represents Vanenburg and provides pre sales technical support;
  • Build relationships with prospects and customers, delivering presentations and demonstrations to articulate values and differentiators of the Vanenburg’s solutions;
  • Understand the prospect’s needs and architect solutions for them; write proposals and responses to RPF/RFI documents, strategizing with Country Lead to drive sales;
  • Drive customer success in implementation and expected benefits by managing pre-sales to the post-sales transition process, which includes documenting the scope and managing the follow-­on initial services effort;
  • You contribute to the design and integration architecture of Vanenburg’s Rappit Solutions.


What we ask:

  • At least 5  years of experience as a Solution Architect/Pre Sales consultant in a SaaS company
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
  • Independent, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial  personality;
  • Good command of the French and English language, both spoken and written;


Technical Expertise:

  • A deep understanding of how low code / no code platform works and in what situation they can be used;
  • Technologies including Google GCP, Java, and Javascript;
  • Knowledge of Javascript frameworks like Angular;
  • Collaborate with the product development team to stay updated of the latest features and enhancements.


Presales Support:

  • Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their business requirements and challenges;
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our products and technologies;
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the sales process.


Solution Architecture:

  • Collaborate with clients to design tailored solutions that address their specific business needs;
  • Create and present technical proposals and documentation to support the sales process.


Training:

  • Provide training and educational sessions to clients on the implementation and utilization of our products.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering guidance on best practices and optimal use of our technologies


Feedback Loop:

  • Gather feedback from clients and share them with the product development team to contribute to continuous improvement
